Product shipping from Macys
The produce is great. The shipping department is not. Fortunately I finally received my product however it was first sent to the wrong state. I double checked my address in the system and my address was correct. Eventually it arrived but to my next door neighbors house. I have honest neighbors thankfully. Beware shipping.
Strong smell
Has a strong smell and caused an allergic reaction. I use lancome face cream for many years but this one caused intense itching.
