Wand broke!!!

I have only used this product at most 4 times since buying it a month ago. Today I went to put the mascara on and the wand snapped off inside and I can no longer use. I’ve wee had this issue with any other mascara. I’m highly disappointed especially with the price point and only using the product 4 times

Be careful

The stopper came out and I had black mascara all over! Wrote to Lancome since Macy's won't return it now. Very disappointed, but I loved the mascara while it worked!

Be careful

I purchased this mascara in December. Three months later, the rubber stopper has come out of the tube and I had black mascara all over. It's too late to refund me or exchange it. I thought Lancome made top of the line products!
