Extreem incompetence in shipping the right items

For the FOURTH time Macys has shipped me the WRONG item! This incompetence is frustrating! You place an order for an item, you wait days for its arrival then shipment gets delayed then your wait is prolonged even more. Finally, your package arrives and it’s the WRONG item, worst is yet to come when you try to order a replacement and your size is not even available anymore! Macys needs to get its act together processing orders and sending the correct items to the correct clients. This incompetence is inexcusable!
