Texture - Fabric is a bit rough & pants are lined!

Love Tahari clothing! Excellent quality & workmanship. Although “Tea Rose” is a spring/summer color, these pants are lined. I didn’t read that in the description. Neither side of the fabric is soft and smooth. it’s ribbed and a bit rough. I considered taking out the lining but not sure: lined pants in summer or take lining out but have a rough inside irritating my legs? Fabric is
