Closing flap too short

The bag is beautiful! And, it’s a good size. However, the flap is much too short to be used to lock the bag. Unless you plan only to put a few items in the bottom, the closure/lock is not usable. Even a middle amount of items makes the bag too thick to close. Filling the bag full would be impossible. Closure tab is useless. Sad because I really wanted to love the bag.
