They got me!
Note that the listing for this shirt states it is a "regular" fit, roomy for comfort. Well, the listing hooked me and I bought one. However, Macy's sent me a "slim" fit size. I have not been a slim fit since my 20's. You can guess what happened. The shirt was sold as "Last Act-Final Sale." No returns even though the store did not send the shirt that I thought I was purchasing. I can't get anyone to talk to me about this. I think they call this a "bait and switch." I have been doing business with Macy's for decades. But the old saying goes-"fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me." There will not be a second time. Good-bye Macy's. By the way, this is really a nice shirt. Too bad I will never get to wear it.

Great Shirt; Wrong Size; No Return? Really!
I have already written a review of this purchase but will repeat it once again. The shirt is clearly advertised as a "regular fit" shirt designed for comfort. However, you sent me a "slim fit" shirt. I have not been able to squeeze into a slim fit shirt since my twenties, which was over 50 years ago. When I tried to seek redress, I could not get anyone to talk to me since this was a "Last Act" purchase. I think they call this a "bait and switch." Bad form Macy's. So, after decades as a loyal customer, I guess I will shop elsewhere. You know the old saying- fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. There won't be a second time. And, again, by the way, a really nice shirt. It's a shame I will never be able to wear it.
