Poor customer service shipping it out in bag .....

It was wrinkles so bad from shipping.....Wrinkles will not hang out.....Some the buttons look like they wi fall off.....

Was sent dirty had been worn!

This jacket showed up reaking of smoke and had a stain on it!!! can't believe MACYS sends out stuff like this!! I cleaned the stain going to hsve to dry clean item before I can wear it. it fit but this is rediculous, BAD practices!!! someone obviously returned it and had worn it at a bar and got smoke in it!! Then returned it.

Everything was great, plus the store is finally looking the way it used to look. Clean, organized and designer areas put together nicely! Plus there were people there to help if you needed it. J
