Highly Disappointed

Very disappointed in this order. I received this item and pieces were broken. I reached out to customer service and was told they would put a claim in with the third party seller and process a replacement. Days later I received a return label and an email stating I will get a refund if the seller approved. I reached out to customer service again to ask why I am being sent a refund when I am supposed to receive a replacement and they say they can not provide a replacement. Now the item is a different price and all they could recommend is that I purchase it again. The rep had no interest in my concerns at all and basically in so many words said he could care less. Very bad business and highly disappointed

I bought this two weeks ago. I put it together by myself. My husband was out of town. The reason your drawers are more than likely not closing is because the screws on the sliders need to be recessed all the way down or they get stuck. I understand what you mean about the mirror not getting on. It’s very hard to do. Sometimes the pegs and the holes are not lined up and they all have to be lined up for it to go on correctly it took me forever, but I finally did it. I wouldn’t say I completely regret the purchase, but this is a very very involved build. I suggest using two people. I also had to buy some L brackets to Secure the top mirror, the sides, and then onto the actual desk.

Regret buying

The drawers do not open smoothly. They get stuck. The drawer space is too small. The drawers that are opened in the first picture are stuck. The middle picture is the mirror. The outer frame for the mirror doesn’t fit and cannot use the mirror. The third picture is the middle drawer that is stuck and cannot open or close. Too expensive for the quality if the vanity. Never again
