Distressed white lantern large and medium sized

Unfortunately I received my large lantern today that also came with a medium size. It was packaged properly and it was exactly what I was looking for. But, it was damaged. The large lantern had broken glass on one side and a piece on the door. The smaller lantern was inside the larger one, and it was completely missing a glass panel on one side. I made the decision to get 2 new pieces of glass cut and was able to fix the wood piece with glue. If I sent this back , I risked getting another damaged also, because the lantern on the inside and the glass on the inside should have been protected better. The box should have been marked fragile.
