NEVER AGAIN

I’ve never been treated so poorly by any company and never expected this from Stila. I actually liked the lip balm and repurchased two more online but they were damaged when I received them. I’ve been contacting Stila for weeks by email and no response. I sent pictures as well. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and this was an easy fix. I’ll never buy from them again.
