Shrinks after one wash

This looks like a cute top, but it is shrunk after first wash. Never got a chance to wear it.

Just about the ugliest top I have ever purchased from Macy's. It's short, fabric is a wrinkled mess, the collar is unstylish and awkward... Obviously, it was returned.
