Nice light jacket if you have long arms

I bought the light gray jacket in medium because it was stylish for a rainy day summer jacket. I was surprised the sleeve cuffs had no spandex, velcro, or string to cinch around your wrist. The jacket sleeves hang completely loose beyond the length of your hands if your arms are shorter than the jacket sleeve. I returned it.
