Received a completely different item

Spent a few days waiting, I discovered that you sent me an entirely different item. I specifically ordered this handbag for a wedding party this weekend. Because of your error, I now have no suitable bag for the event, and there is insufficient time to reorder and receive a replacement. What frustrates me most is that your policy appears to shift the responsibility entirely onto the customer, despite the error being solely on Macy’s side. Time and Effort for Returns: I am required to drive 20 minutes to a designated return location to send back the wrong item. As a paying customer, I do not understand why I should bear the burden of correcting a mistake that your company made.

No structure, and the closure wasn’t secure.

It is a cute bag but it was not sturdy enough for me. I did not like the closure. It was sitting on my lap while I was on a bus trip, it accidentally fell on the floor, almost every fell out, it didn’t stay closed.
