Cuisinart Barista 4-1

We’ve been extremely happy with the Cuisinart Barista Bar 4-in-1. It does everything we need in one machine—a full pot of coffee, single-serve cups, espresso-style drinks, and milk frothing for lattes and cappuccinos. The instructions are somewhat opague. The carafe is smaller than I expected (and smaller than my previous Cuisinart carafe). Coffee quality is good though.

Unfortunately the single cup takes twice as long as our previous kcup device to brew a single cup of coffee or tea. The unit also vibrates loudly on our kitchen counter, loud enough to wake my wife up In addition, the coffee dispenser leaks when I attempt to pour a cup of coffee prior to the end of the brewing process

Back 2 basics+save space with all in one solution.

Good all in one solution to replace my prior Keurig duo (Single and Carafe) coffee maker and 15 + year old Nespresso Original pod maker plus separate milk frother and this Carafe is regular sized as opposed to my old Keurig Carafe which was smaller than regular sized ones. Like the Swiss Army Knife for pour coffee, espresso, keurig pods and milk frothing. One machine replaced 3 separate ones on my counter and although it’s not super small it still saves me much needed counter space. Plus going back to a drip coffee maker allows me to grind coffee beans for fresher coffee and a full carafe for group dinners, can once again serve a a group of friends coffee, at the same time. The only drawback thus far is that the single serve water pour which my wife uses is slower than her old standard Keurig pour so plan an extra minute for those busy mornings when you need to rush out to work. Great for no frills, true old school standard coffee drinkers, not social media home “Baristas”.

Amazing!

I am so happy with this gift! It replaced multiple small appliances and now I have more counter space! LOVE that I can make pods, espresso pods, steam milk, get hot water, AND brew a whole pot. So versatile! It’s also very easy to use!
