Terrible!!

When I purchased this top it said nothing about not being able to return it. Now that I received it. It says it can't be returned. ?This top is a crop top.it sits above the waist. A normal person can not wear this. So I am stuck with something I can't wear. I think this is horrible by Macys. I will never ever buy anything from them again.
