simple cute summer dress

nice simple dress for summer but didn't really like the pattern on the material. I thought it was no pattern so returned but it would be okay for someone used to wearing small square pattern on material.

Poor design and quality

Smocking was itchy and bottom flair over hips was not flattering.

A little snug at the top

I think this is a nice dress. Following the guidelines, i fit into a PXS, but the top is a little snug. I'm a 34B/32C and I'm still trying to figure out if going up a size (PS) would be too big or not. The top is stretchy though so it's not completely suffocating, but it is snug enough on me to make me consider a new size. I think the length is perfect though on my 5'1" frame and it looks just like the picture.
