Mositure in Thermometer

I bought the pour-over over a month ago. I liked it until a couple of days ago when moisture got into the thermometer.

Terrible Quality

Pretty disappointed with this. After only a few months of use my Stagg is splotchy and stained and can't be cleaned with dish soap. This completely tarnishes the sleek design.

Everything I wanted

Everything I wanted. YouTuber James Hoffman has a video about kettles and his video is why I decided on this kettle. It is perfect for pour over coffee. Very well made. Precision pour, but not too slow. Thermometer is great. Love it.

Love it!

I've been wanting one of these kettles for years and am glad I finally bit the bullet. It's so nice to look at and brightens my morning when I get to use it. The counterbalanced handle is super satisfying to pour from. The only con is that it had a sort of chemical smell when it heats up--it's gotten less strong over time but is still there. Maybe it's because I use it on a gas stove. The water doesn't taste like it, so I've shrugged it off. I haven't had the handle melting issue some folks talk about, but I'm super careful to make sure the flame doesn't go above the side. Overall I'm happy with it.

Small but good

It’s pretty and minimalistic. It’s taking a while to get used to the no whistle thing. I thought it would be a little bit bigger, so it’s be nice if there was a bigger option. When you take the top off sometimes water spills off of it so I have to watch for water on the eye.
