Good not great
I like that my blender is made of clean materials. The stainless steel container does a good job keeping my smoothie cold. However, my protein powder and especially chia seeds don’t get blended even when I put them in the right order. The chia seeds just clump up. That’s disappointing. I expect perfection for this price point!

Hi Holly, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience. We're so glad you're enjoying the Stainless Steel Blending Vessel and the clean materials, though we're sorry to hear your protein powder and chia seeds haven't been blending as expected. Because the stainless steel vessel is insulated to keep ingredients colder for longer, frozen ingredients can sometimes cling to the sides a bit more than they would in our Tritan™ vessel. We've found a few simple adjustments can make a big difference: 1. Add liquids first, followed by leafy greens, powders and seeds, then frozen ingredients. 2. Aim for at least one-third liquid in your blend (and a bit more if using lots of frozen ingredients). 3. Start with 5-7 quick pulses before running the full one-minute blend cycle. If ingredients still appear stuck, securely close the vessel, invert it a few times, and give it a gentle shake before continuing to blend. This usually helps redistribute everything toward the blade. We hope these tips help! If you'd like, please reach out to us at help@thebeast.com. We'd love to learn more about your smoothie recipe and work with you to achieve the smooth, consistent blends you're expecting. Happy blending! Best, Jenna Beast Customer Experience Team
Good purchase
I love the stainless steel and the motor is strong enough to blend ginger smoothly for ginger shots. Very convenient to use quickly and store away.

Beast Mega SS 1200
Powerhouse for making smoothies. So far the Mega Beast is upholding the frozen fruits & vegetables we add to the blender. The most important & best quality is the container is not made from toxic plastic. This was one of the main reasons I chose to purchase this blender.

Smooth smoothies!!
The beast is wonderful for completely blending your smoothies. If I could change one thing about it, it would be a better grip when trying to take the blade cap off the bottle. The adapter works great at trying to loosen the blade cap, but the bottle is slippery in my hands.

only a literal beast could open it
I have two major complaints:1. After blending, it is literally impossible to open. No one in my household can open it! And we're strong.2. It cannot be used for hot or warm liquids. I was planning on using it for bulletproof coffee and soups.I will happily return it for a refund.

Hi Laura, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're so sorry to hear about your experience. Regarding the Beast Blade becoming stuck to the Blending Vessel, this can occasionally happen if ingredients make their way into the threading during blending. If the Blade and Vessel are currently stuck together, we recommend using the Beast Wrench to carefully separate the two. It's very important to use the Beast Wrench as soon as the Blade becomes stuck. If ingredients have been left in the Blending Vessel for an extended period of time, they may ferment or expand, creating additional pressure inside the vessel. In those cases, we do not recommend using the Beast Wrench. We also appreciate your feedback regarding hot liquids. For safety reasons, we don't recommend blending hot or warm liquids, as the pressure created by high temperatures can build up inside the vessel. If you're making soups, one option is to blend the ingredients first and then heat the puree afterward. Please reach out to us at help@thebeast.com, and our team will be happy to provide additional troubleshooting steps and safety guidance based on your specific situation. Thank you again for your feedback - we truly appreciate you giving Beast a try. Best, Jenna Beast Customer Experience Team
