Don't use the pick-up service

The product is OK, its the delivery that was the problem. The item showed up 5 days after the original pick-up date. I went to the store three day during the wait because neither the internet customer service nor the store pick up people could tell me when it would be there. Since I live 35 miles away, it would have been cheeper to pay the delivery fee.
