Very uncomfortable!
So pretty but so uncomfortable. No support anywhere. Nothing seems to hold the foot in place. By the end of the night I got blisters everywhere. Do not recommend.
Love the comfort and height of heel.
The comfort are perfect fit along with heel stability and shoe closure you can use or use the zipper closer.

Unacceptable quality control
I purchased these nice shoes in the tan color and they arrived new with no issues. I decided to purchase the black color and this is where the problem started when the shoes arrived worn and used so I returned them. Macy’s sent a replacement which also arrived used and worn so I returned them again. The clerk at the store apologized and reordered these shoes again and the same dirty shoes which I returned was sent to me again in the same torn box. I was really upset because I needed these shoes for an event. I called customer service and explained the situation to a manager who apologized once again and stated that she would ship another pair and this time don’t return the used pair which I actually threw in the trash. This is highly unacceptable and very unsanitary which makes me wonder what happened to the quality control at Macy’s smh. The shoes and other items should be thoroughly inspected before being shipped to customers.

Pretty!
The shoe fits great and is comfortable. It must be noted that I only just received the product. It's just what I was looking for so I am hoping that I am still happy after wearing them for a few hours (dinner, etc). I had ordered 2 other shoes and had to return them as they did not fit well (for me). It was a great price and less expensive than the other shoes that I had to return. The color is a good neutral and they look pretty on. They will work well with anything.

Cute sandal!
I bought this sandal for a wedding! I loved the look! The heel height was perfect for me since I don’t often wear heels. The only problem I had was the strap on my left ankle kept digging into my ankle making it a little sore by the end of the night. Next time I wear it maybe I’ll try loosening the strap.
