Fabulous Macys

I chose to buy the hat because it was beautiful looking! But..when I gat to see it for real? I was stunned! Gorgeous I said and put the hat on,and looked at myself in the mirror! Absolutely stunning and beautiful! I Love Macys,I love their products and prices! I will always recommend Macys to family and friends!!

Bad hay

I ordered this hat twice first time it came in a flat box with a sport coat and it had been crushed and damaged. Your people said UPS did it. I reordered and I picked it up and the box was perfect except the hat was crushed much like the first one I returned and do not reorder my question is do you treat all items like this or did they just repack the damaged one for my second order.? Horrible way to run a company

Poor shipping

I was not able to enjoy this product because it was packed with the sport coat into a flat box that was too short to fit the hat. Then either you or UPS as the cashier said crushed the box side where the hat was ruining it. I had to return it and purchase another which means I have to drive back to the store when it comes in which is inconvenient. I shou get a gift card for y troubles

Damaged

Just terrible customer service. Ordered two hats and both were absolutely smashed in the packaging it was sent in. I don’t know who would think it’s ok to smash a hat into a box that would fit a folded up t shirt, and ship it to a customer. I chatted on line to try and remedy the situation with a new set of hats, but the employee on the chat was less than cooperative and was difficult to understand. This is well beyond the below average customer service experience I’ve seen over the last few declining years at Macy’s. You guys need to be better.

Packing and shipping

Three times it was packaged improperly ,and was crushed. One of those time it was in a bag . It was completely flat . Stan hats can’t be crushed they don’t return to their original shape

Poor Packaging

Hat arrived in a plastic bag which caused the hat to be smothered. Cheap shipping container. Hat should have been shipped in a cardboard box. Pathetic. Luckily hat was reshaped as I placed it on top of another hat.

Nice hat

This hat is high quality. It fits really well. It looks like it will hold up well. It’s comfortable. The color on the site is slightly different than in person but I still like it.
