I had 2 sets of these dishes delivered as it is very difficult for me to get to a store. Unfortunately, the first box arrived with broken plates, etc. I have not opened the second box since I will find a way to get to a Macy's to return. Consumer's time is important too; businesses seem to not care about that.

I was shocked and appalled at the oversize shipping box, which was loosely sealed, and the amount of plastic wrap and industrial plastic bubble cushion that was used.
