Don’t waste your money

Drops dirty water back on the floor. Doesn’t get into corners. Is very slow to remove dried spills. Loose dirt has to be gone over multiple times to vacuum up. Waste of money. I do not recommend buying this machine.

Fyson clean and wash hygiene hard floor cleaner

Have had the dyson clean and wash hygiene hard floor cleaner, its an absolutely useless appliance. It's does not pick up anything at all, it also does not clean the floor. Don't waste your money, im returning it and going back to sweeping/ vaccuming and steam mop.

Not a good product

I bought this couple weeks ago and at least streaks in the floor. It’s hard to manage the waste from the red in the moisture container. It’s hard to get the the water containment system out of the dock, and it appears to be not the quality that I thought it would be I have one other Dyson that works well but my manicotti also is not functional and awaiting a replacement since May 2026

A bit disappointed with this machine, i don’t think it cleans that well, it demands being emptied quite quickly and the waste unit drips on the floor when removing. I would only use this for a quick clean but will revert to a mop and bucket weekly.

Easy and effective to use

I have only recently purchased this, so only used it a few times and overall I am happy with it. I HATE mopping the floor, so after moving into a house with lots of tiles and floorboards, i decided to splash out and purchase a Dyson. It does do a good job. It is super light to use which makes the job a breeze. I probably need to fill and empty the machine twice when doing the entire house, which is straightforward. The only issue I have is with the instructions. The video shows 15 seconds of a woman filling the machine with water, but barely showed you how to take it apart and put it back together after emptying it, and it is a bit fiddly, so clearer instructions would be very helpful. Also, the commercial makes it look like the vacuumed material pours out dry and you can easily tip it into the bin, this is false. It is a sodden mess and gross to empty out. But if you hate mopping like I do, it is a must purchase.

Less housework, more beach time

Thanks, Dyson, I like this product. I bought this to clean wooden floors at my beach house where I get lots of beach sand being walked through the house. It’s easy to use and I have sparkling clean floors- no more gritty feeling under my feet.
