Absolutely awful my app went down I found customer support it's been five days and still nobody's contacted me which means my Dyson doesn't work

Improved my lifestyle
I've been very happy with it. It works great for me as a single person living in a one-story house with no worries about kids' toys being left on the floor, so it can clean without any problems. I programmed it on the first day it arrived, and since then it has done everything automatically. The only things I occasionally do are empty the dust bin, empty the dirty water tank, and refill the clean water tank. It vacuums and mops very well. You can choose to have it vacuum and mop at the same time or do each task separately, depending on what you prefer. works great for both carpeted area and grant floor in my house. Before buying it, my biggest concern was how it would handle my long hair, because robot vacuums use a roller instead of sucking everything directly like a traditional vacuum cleaner. However, I found that it collects my long hair very well in the dust bin. Every now and then, I simply remove the hair wrapped around the roller, which only takes a minute. I love the architecture and the beautiful attention to detail in its design.::::::::) It also works wonderfully in Australian houses, where there always seems to be a lot of dust. It picks up so much dust that I genuinely feel the air is cleaner, and I feel like I'm breathing better now. Overall, I highly recommend it. It has made cleaning much easier and has definitely improved my lifestyle.

Fiddly set up
I haven’t been able to set it up yet because it is very fiddly . I’m desperate to see what it can do!!

A great vacuum maybe not worth the price tag
This is the second Dyson robotic vacuum, a great robot vacuum and mop, just lets it self down with the carpets compared to the 360 nav. Still needs some adjustments with the software for navigations.. other than that the obstacle detection is good. Runtime is a lot quicker, suction not as good

Great for a busy house
Great product. I have dogs in the house, so it’s good to cleanup the house whilst we’re out. Very practical and convenient. Only downsides are that it doesn’t fully get into all of the sides, but that’s to be expected. And the robot does have quite a few issues with returning to the dock, so you have to intervene quite a few times. Boost mode and setting the bot to scrub twice is ideal for a busy house. Helps that the floors are also warm water cleaner, so it does pick up quite a bit of much, even when you think the floors are clean. The apps very intuitive and easy to use. Great product. On the pricy side. Few negatives. But overall impressed with the robot hoover

not easy to get on your phone to operate the robot
i have had my dyson robot for a month now and the robot itself is so good but getting it onto your phone is a mission and you have to get it on your phone to get the robot to work but this took me most of the day

Living in the future
I've had the Dyson Spot+Scrub AI for several weeks. It does my kitchen, hallway, bathroom and living room in roughly 19 minutes. You can pick what section to clean, so it can do all sections or just a singular one like the living room. It knows what's the living room, what's the hallway, what's the kitchen and what's the bathroom—which is pretty cool. Honestly, it does it quicker than me—when I hoover I get on all fours, and then I've still got to fill the mop bucket and add chemicals. It's not as thorough though, getting close to the corners but missing about an inch and a half to an inch and three quarters away from the wall. It's dead simple to use, you just let it get on with it. It uses heated water to clean the floor as it mops. I've sat on the sofa watching the green light scan the carpet for objects—it's quite therapeutic, really. It's not very loud when it's cleaning either, only getting slightly noisy for about 30 seconds when it docks to empty. The tanks are simple to empty from the main hub too, and after several hoovers and mops I've only had to empty it once. Over the course of a month it's probably saving me an hour to an hour and 40 minutes worth of cleaning, but honestly probably more than that because I don't have to do anything and I find myself having it clean more often. The suction on the hoover is really good too—I haven't had any issues with it sucking up debris or lint or whatever off the floor.

Generally really good.
The battery is better than the vis nav model. It vacuum function and the mop function are both really good. The map function is improved too. Two slight negatives, it doesn't seem to navigate over chunky mats like the vis nav, and when the robot returns to doc to clean the mop it does leave a lot of fluff and dirt on the dock, so you then have to clean that. But generally this is a really good robot vacuum mop.
