Never buy from Refined Apparel

Dress was pretty enough. Opened the package and immediately knew it was not what I wanted as mother of the bride. Returned without trying on. Received an email and photo soon after telling me refund was rejected by Refined Apparel with a picture of the dress looking like it had been handled with greasy hands. Not the pristine dress I had packed and sent in. Then yesterday I received a package in the mail. The filthy dress carelessly wadded up in a plastic envelope. I am incensed .
