Great but not so great

Unfortunately, I hate to use this beautiful bag. Every time I have used it, even under packed without shoes or use of the garment option, the bag ends up being overweight. I hate I bought it and should have just gotten 2 medium bags. I can't really use it despite it being great to maneuver and great organizationally. Now I'm stuck with a costly piece of luggage that I can't really use. It may be great for a road trip, but if it has to be packed for a week trip, which is why I bought it, it may not work out for you as it did not work out for me on at least 3 occasions. Now what?? If I could return it for the medium I would do so right away. Think twice about this size. It could cost you an extra 100. 00 at the airport! Now what do I do with this luggage because I'm flying, not taking road trips.

Bag floats thru terminals

My wife and I actually bought one of these for our college age daughter and after pushing this bag through the baggage claim and terminal, it was like it was floating. I had to buy one and the built-in TSA lock. I absolutely love.
