Horrible customer service

I ordered this and through the Macy's website, there were no colour options so thought all would be easy and fine. Instead, the seller sends me a different colour item. When I reach out to try to reach a solution, all they tell me is return it. I'm not the one who made the mistake yet somehow now I have to risk injury lugging this giant package to a UPS location cause they can't even offer you a way for someone to pick it up. All in all, very disappointed in this purchase and will have to reconsider buying from Macy's like this again if the responsibility of fixing it is all on me.
