Product not found

I found the package but two products were missing that said they came inside but no, among them the perfume was not there, the box at the time of picking it up was half open, I have photos of how I found it. What can I do in this case, the perfume was not inside the package.

Almost nostalgic scent

A very clean and blue scent. Easy reach and can be worn all seasons. This has decent longevity and projection. I received multiple compliments and some said it had a nostalgic smell to it. Very well received.
