Looks NOTHING like the picture in person

The chair is NOT oversized by any means, and does not feel like an item that is worth the alleged list price (without the discount). The chair is small and feels so narrow, I can barely fit. The material feels and looks cheap. The chair came in PIECES in the box. I had to put everything together including putting the CUSHIONS inside each piece. I am very disappointed in the quality of this chair, even for a sale item. This does not seem like a Macy’s item, which is supposed to be held to a quality standard. I want compensation for the false advertising. I wish I looked at the other review before purchasing, because he was SPOT ON with his description!

FALSE ADVERTISING!

I recieved this chair in a smaller than normal box. It was all in pieces and had no stuffing in it. Its basically a plastic piece of junk. It measures much smaller than it is advertised to be. It's cheap and it's essentially false advertising because it does not look anything like the picture! I am so mad about this i want my money back and I don't think I should have to ship it back. I think Macys made a huge mistake with this one!
