Grumpy about the wrong color

The chairs themselves are fun, easy to assemble, and great size. IF they matched the product picture, it’d be 5 stars. Four stars have been knocked off because I got gray and black chairs instead of cream and lighter wood. No option to pick a color so wrongly thought it’d be as depicted. Macy’s said the third party seller is who the rectify the problem. Not a smooth road with them so far. Lots of denials, lots of dancing around omission, lots of ignoring proof provided. Hopefully it can be figured out but as it stands my hope is shrinking

So disappointed

ordered these chairs expecting them to be white, as shown in the picture. There was no option to select a color on the order page, so I assumed the item would match the advertised photo. Unfortunately, I received a completely different color. I have been trying for two weeks to contact the seller for an exchange or replacement, but no one has responded to my calls or emails. Macy’s also tried contacting the third-party seller on my behalf, but there has still been no response. It has been extremely difficult to get any help with this issue, and I’m very disappointed with the customer service.
