Misleading

Chair advertised as electric but showed up as manual. Smaller than expected!!! Very disappointed. Contacted customer service and haven’t heard back.

Not as described

This recliner is not as advertised. I reached out to the 3rd party through Macy’s and told them they have this recliner incorrectly advertised. I had already put it together and it didn’t dawn on me that it was not electrical or did not swivel till after it was put together. The swivel part, I didn’t really care but I wanted electrical since it was for my sister that has a bad back. To make this story short, customer service were not very helpful, they did finally agree to give me $150 discount and ended up keeping the chair because I have no way to take it to the store and couldn’t put it back in the box. Needless to say, I’m still looking for an electronic recliner for my sister. And the description of the chair still remains incorrect 🤦🏻‍♀️

Beware

Very disappointed item does not match the description definitely not 360 degree (s) swivel & nothing electric about it. It is a manual recliner. I would have given it no stars if it was possible.

Not as adverrtised.

Advertised as Electric, rocker and that it swiveled. None were the case. We sent it back to the vendor.
