CAUTION - DESCRIPTION OF A NIGHTMARE.
The instructions to assemble these chairs are very poor and cause the assembler to make mistakes and have to redo the work. It's extremely hard to assemble the chairs and impossible for a single person to do it. I tried to contact someone on the phone to see if I could return the items but was bounced from one department to another, each one requiring a long wait. Finally, I just gave up and hang up. Now. I have a bunch of unassembled parts occupying half of one room as I am unable to return the chairs nor assemble them.
