Very hard uncomfortable shoes

It is very hard! It makes my feet hurt after a short walk. I have been using Ralph Lauren loafers for many years and this pairs are not good at all!

Hard as a Rock!

The shoe looks nice but it's so stiff. I got the patent one. Had tried the leather in the store months ago and it was pricy but comfortable. The one I got was not like that. Loafer is supposed to be comfortable. So I returned it.
