Great Except Shorts

These look nice, with slenderizing white piping in the right places. I ultimately returned because the shorts are too long and bulky with skirt, as well. I felt like it was 1910 and I was wearing an overly modest bathing costume. Would be better if panties were underneath instead of shorts for freer leg movement without getting tangled in so much fabric.
