zipper bad

Bad design, I have had this for 1 month, only used it a couple of weeks. The zipper is already broken. It was hard to use out the get go, but thought it would be better as I use it. I did not overly stuff it, hardly carried anything in it. And now its too late to return it. Bad, Bad design. Very disappointed.

zipper not working

the zipper is not working I purchased, 2/19/26 and I tried getting a store credit nothing, the quality is NOT Good. Sadly purchase an defective item. Not recommend this item.
