Did not receive all parts.

Do not buy this product! I did not receive all the parts for this couch. I have been trying to get in contact with Macy’s over this issue and they keep telling me they will make a report and contact me back. It has been over 3 months of going back and forth and I have not received any solution.

Just okay

If you are furnishing a dorm room or college apartment or basement, this will work. Looks a lot better in the picture and description than it is in real life. Not plush, not comfortable.

Don't ruin your business & Macy's name!

I always trust Macy's even on buying furnitures. I was impressed with the design of the sofa and the price. I ignored the bad reviews, saying that deliveries have missing parts and took time to send it. I still tried my luck thinking that maybe it could only happen to them and not to me. I was wrong! I am now in the same situation as they were. How can you missed packing 3 cushions and some metal parts? Macy's rep already reported missing parts number but Sugift is asking for photos. How inconvenient!

worst costumer service from seller and Macy’s

I bought this sofa and it came missing major parts. I had to contact the seller multiple times and got no responses and then had to contact Macy’s two times and stay on the phone for more than hour each time. Received very rude and awful costumer service from Macy’s. It is unacceptable that Macy’s is selling this product and yet takes no responsibility and gives no support to costumers. Experience with Macy’s and seller were both awful and unacceptable.

I had a horrible experience with the delivery. They would send a message that they were on the way and at the end of the day they would reschedule. I had to watch out for the truck at the driveway on the third try and finally got it delivered the sofa itself is low quality. it's a nightmare to put together. (I needed 3 people to help )the premade holes for the screws are misaligned. the photo on the site is enhanced. I am keeping it because if I want to return I have to pay for the shipping, the item is 108 lbs. I don't recommend buying this awful thing.
