Foot rest issues

I want my feet to come up without my back reclining all the way back. Is that possible? I don't want to lay down when I'm watching TV. So please let me know if i can bring my feet up without reclining. The chair is not comfortable sitting and I need more of an atm rest. This chair is not the best fit for me. The leather is nice. I'm an 90% sure that I am going to return this chair.

Gaomon Leather Recliner Chair

I purchased the Gaomon Leather Recliner Chair 360 degrees Swivel Power Rocker Lumbar Support USB Footrest Accent Chair a week ago upon assembling the recliner it would not swivel 360 degrees and the extra leather on the arm rest was very unattractive.
