Poor craftmanship

I was returning a Guess handbag that the strap actually fell off the bag on sides. I was not allowed a full refund, so I had to choose something or keep a broken bag. No good selection to choose from. So It is what it is.

Cute, but handle not quite right

I really liked the style and size of this purse - BUT - If you put on the longer strap, you can't remove the shorter one. The short one is stiff and sticks up across your body.
