This is like getting a professional facial at home! It's very easy to put together and use. My face feels so smooth and soft after just my first time. The gunk tank is gross but satisfying to see lol

Hydrating facial system
To be honest, I loved the product. After I was done, my face felt clean and hydrated the battery lasts long. It didn’t make much noise, I highly recommend it.

I’m impressed
I am honestly impressed by this home facial system! It genuinely gives you med spa results in your own bathroom in about 10 minutes. The hydro extraction tool feels gentle on the skin while it exfoliates and vacuums out your congested pores while flooding your skin with their AHA/BHA and hyaluronic acid serums at the same time. Plus, actually seeing all the gunk in the dirty water tank afterward is ridiculously satisfying! My skin feels impossibly smooth and has the craziest hydrated, and shine after. If you want professional level results without constantly paying for expensive facials, this is absolutely worth the investment!

I was so excited to get this on the mail… well unfortunately it did not suck anything out of my skin not one thing I was soo dissatisfied I had to return it

I bought this a couple of months ago praying I wasn't wasting more great money on product that is a waste of money. No pore vacume is strong enough to clean pores , congested skin etc. Don't waste money. Not a fan

I’ve really been enjoying this! It has been super easy to incorporate into my skincare routine and I’ve actually noticed a difference after using it now for a couple of months! My skin has a nice healthy glow, feels clean, and surprisingly does not leave my skin feeling irritated after. The lilac color is just the cherry on top 🍒 Definitely a skin care tool I will continuously reach for!

I recently picked up this item at Ulta and was super excited to first try out the hot and cold settings. I really need something that is as cold as my cheap facial ice roller I keep in the freezer. But mine doesn’t really get cold even in setting 3. The heat setting is wonderful but I need ice cold to depuff under eyes in the morning. Not sure if this I got a faulty product or it’s just not really what I consider cold. A cold soda can from the fridge would work better. I bought and returned the Thera Ice and heat wand that was much less expensive because the product didn’t get cold. I have yet to try the extraction tool.
I really liked the treatment overall. However, my machine does not turn off. The heating and cooling functions stay on, and I didn’t realize it because I assumed it would turn off automatically. I only noticed when my face started feeling very hot. I really like the product and would buy it again if my machine were replaced.
