Beautiful set

These are beautiful coffee mugs. I also received only a set of two mugs. They are very nice and the customer service I spoke with was very helpful and polite. He made sure I was satisfied about the transaction. Glad I got the 1 set of 2

Quantity is misleading

The online description says “Set of 4” in a box. The box I received said “Set of two”. Got shorted…(ordered two boxes expecting 8 cups). Called customer service and they told me they would send me the missing cups. Was told someone would get back with me in 48 to 72 hours, that was over a week ago.

Missing parts

I received my package but instead of set of 4 I just got a set of 2 . So half of the items are missing. So disappointed and unhappy with this type of service. And I don’t know if I want to return it the store will accept it or I have to keep it. Not fare at all. I pay full price but got just 2 instead of 4 .

I can give a good review as i have to send back, the company only sent 2 mugs instead of the full set, Macy’s rep was not helpful

returning

the set I received was incomplete, they only sent 2 mugs... NOT HAPPY, I spoke to a representative from customer service she advise I need to take the two mugs back and they are sold out... shocking
