Wrong order

I was sent wrong color. I sent a message chat said seller will call in 5 days but Macys agent emailed a return slip and ended chat I tried to ask agent why emailed a return slip do i return or wait for call.

Not what I expected but, it is fine

I ordered a grey headboard but received a black headboard. Online photos don't accurately reflect the scale. photos show a taller headboard but, the actual headboard is not a tall. Otherwise the platform is fine.
