I'm returnig this furniture

I am returning this furniture because it is much smaller than it appears in the pictures. The quality of the materials is also disappointing and does not feel durable or reliable. It does not match my expectations based on the product description and photos. This is the first time I have had such a disappointing experience shopping at Macy's. I hope the return process is smooth, and I would appreciate a full refund. I cannot recommend this product.
