Amazing flavor!
This protein powder is my go to when it comes to making treats that call for protein powder. I made protein cookie dough with this and it came out AMAZING! You can’t even tell you’re eating a protein packed treat! Even on its own the texture is smooth as it easily disssolves into water or milk and flavor does not disappoint! Each scoop is 24g of protein and only 6g of carbs! Packaging is solid too a very sturdy case compared to some other protein brands I’ve tried before. I can’t wait to try and make more protein recipes with the Syntha-6 protein powder. Here is the cookie dough recipe for anyone that would like to try it. PROTEIN COOKIE DOUGH 2 scoops SYNTHA-6 vanilla milkshake powder 30 g oat flour 7g almond flour 25g stevia 15g dark chocolate chips I used Lillys brand 28g light butter 25g maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla extract Pinch of salt Mix together and add a splash of water if needed until you’re able to roll them up. Refrigerate them for one hour and ENJOY!

Dessert in a bottle
Finally, a protein powder that I do not hate it actually tastes like a vanilla milkshake and this is coming from an ice cream lover. The directions say you could mix it with four or 5 ounces of your favorite liquid. I chose whole milk but I put 8 ounces in mine because I like it thinner. It’s really easy to drink and I definitely feel fuller after my workout. It will help me to control cravings, especially when it taste like dessert, considering I have tried many protein powders that are low and high cost, I would say that this is a little bit more expensive but it taste really good and it also has added benefits with the edge performance series. I also really like this sleek design of the packaging it matches my bike which I think is pretty cute.

Great flavor! Basically a vanilla shake.
I’ve had my fair share of protein products over the years. Usually, I’ll finish half the container and get bored with the chalky texture or off-putting taste. But guess what? I might just stick with it this time! The flavor and texture are like a straight-up vanilla milkshake. No chalkiness, no strange flavor—just pure vanilla creaminess. Just one serving is half of your daily protein needs. This is the perfect breakfast shake for someone like me who doesn’t usually get hungry until after lunchtime. The only thing is, the flavor comes with a bit of a price tag. It has a pretty high amount of cholesterol for a protein shake. I wouldn’t drink this and stay inactive. You might gain weight. All in all, you can’t ask for a better tasting protein product. Personally I like to mix mine with some of the leftover coffee in the French press so it serves as lunch and pick-me-up all in one.

Dissolves quickly! Just the right sweetness
My favorite part about the Syntha 6 protein powder is that the sweetness is just right! The taste is mild and it dissolves super quick without forming any lumps. I enjoy mixing it with water and oats. It does not leave a bad aftertaste and keeps me full for hours! I use it in baking my favorite protein rich cake too and it works out great. The texture is smooth and creamy.

Best Vanilla Protein Powder!
This is soo delicious. You can't even tell you are putting protein powder in your drink. You can simply put the powder in a cold glass or milk or you can put milk, frozen fruit, and the powder to make a yummy shake. This container of protein powder will last me a very long time. You only need to add a scoop of powder to your drink!
