Pretty Spring Dress

I loved this dress but it was about two sizes too small. It is very pretty and would have been nice for Easter.

The sleeves were too tight. Ugly and unflattering.

The sleeves in the upper arms were way too tight, I've never had this happened before. I am size 14 and ordered a LARGE. I thought this was ugly and unflattering and I only bought it because all the reviews were so good. I don't know why. I had bought the olive dress. Instead of credited my account, they sent me a "HAPPY RETURN" card. I've never had that happen before- to the "SHIP TO" address, not MY billing address. I couldn't get any of the foreign customer service reps to help. I'm done with this company. If you have to make a return, the policies have changed.
