Wonderful non-stick ceramic skillet

The skillet work beautifully, I can fry eggs in it without adding oil and they don't stick, cook evenly on medium high heat. The skillet is so easy to clean and looks like new even after several uses.

Does NOT work with induction

Description states it works with induction. This is FALSE! Pan is now useless or good for camping

Outstanding Fry Pan

I was very pleased with my Zwilling Ceramic 8” Frying Pan. It was the first time I used a ceramic pan and I was pleasantly surprised how nicely it lived up to its non-stick promise. It’s performance motivated me to buy a 10” and 12” Zwilling Ceramic Frying Pans.
