Poorly Made

It is poorly made. The bottom piece is attached with a piece of Velcro that doesn’t entirely cover the bottom. It is a disappointing sofa. The photo looks much better than the actual sofa. Cushions are already creased after one week.

Check the armrests!

Love this sofa! Just a quick heads-up for new buyers--the accessories and cushions are packed inside the left and right armrests. I almost thought parts were missing until I opened them up. I guess the seller designed it this way to save space during shipping. Great quality overall, highly recommend.

Missing cushions and connector hardware?

Arrived timely. Missing major parts. 4 of 6 cushions and entire set of connector hardware. 90 percent assembled and I have to wait 72 hours for furniture company that sent to determine what to do? Ridiculous! Why not send parts and finalize issues? Send me another couch for parts and I will return couch missing parts!

Missing Parts

Initially, I noticed only one (1) part missing (Connector E)which was essential to beginning assembly. I notified Hitway and Macy immediately. Hitway asked for picture and then stated item as in armrest, which was not true. After reviewing the installation booklet again, I noticed that I did not have the 3 "D" Cushions nor the 1 "E" Cushion either. No follow-up to replace item with all parts. Just kept asking for more proof item missing. Decided to return after discovering two other parts were not included.
