Wanted to love this dress

I really wanted to love this dress - its very flattering, beautiful fabric and well made. It seemed perfect for work and for a cocktail event - but there is one huge flaw. The cutouts for the arms are way too big - even when I tried a smaller size same issue. If it had smaller cut outs for the arms - it would have been a perfect dress. But due to this flaw -I had to send it back.
