Missing Package - Never Received.

Unfortunately, I did not receive the package from the shipper, UPS. The customer service rep was awesome when I called Macy to report the missing package. She checked the tracking info of the package and found that it was delivered to a business address (not my residence). I was informed that I would be receiving a claim form for the missing merchandise.
