Horrible experience

I have mfc-j4345dw model. I bought this ink after my original XL one stopped working. replaced it with this one, but it doesn't work. and can't find the original XL version anywhere!

Crap

The print heads broke on the printer after less than 1 year of light use. Don’t buy this printer.

AVOID at all costs - MFC-J4335DW Inkjet & INK

Ink for the MFC-J4335DW - The worst printer I have ever used in my 35+ year adtech career. I am not exaggerating here as you should feel the vitriol coming through the screen. It seemed ok after the first few weeks of use but then went south from there. I had to constantly clean the print heads after almost every other printing now. Currently, it wont print cleanly even after multiple "strongest" cleaning setting being run multiple times. No ink? It says I have 500 pages left

The black ink cartridge arrived promptly is works fine. However, the three-color cartridge has been out of stock for a long time, and I need that one as well.

WHERE IS THIS CARTRIDGE??

My brand new printer is rendered USELESS now because this black ink cannot be found ANYWHERE. For almost the last month! I was forced to buy another printer (Epson!) where I can fill the ink myself so that this never happens again! Get it together!!
