Brand name matters

Prints reams of paper. Stays good quality til almost the end. Worth the purchase to buy brand name here.

Poor installation of very simple products.

Inaccurately giving instructions on installation, abstract assembly instructions and bad UI design, there are a lot better printer brands that actually can properly activate upon installation but your company does not seem to be amoung them. I would suggest fixing your design before comercial sale.

you barely get 500 sheets from the high-yield cartridge that you're supposed to get 1200

We understand that you are unhappy with your purchase of the Brother TN-360 toner cartridge and we'd like to help. Stated page yields for genuine Brother cartridges are based on the ISO testing standards. The number of pages that can be printed with a cartridge is affected by several factors, including paper size, number of pages per print job, amount of print on each page, font size, and print content. Print jobs with large text fonts, graphics, charts, and/or large amount of solid coverage will use much more toner and, naturally, will shorten the life of the toner cartridge. TN360 HIGH YIELD TONER is wonderful!

This toner lasts us 1 year and never gives the printer a problem. Great value. We're on our third one of these and are buying a new one now. Thanks for a good product, Brother!
